Privacy Policy

TraceOff does not collect any data. It has no analytics, no advertising, no accounts and no third-party SDKs. The app contains no networking code at all, so nothing you do in it can leave your device.

What the app stores

Everything TraceOff saves stays in its own storage on your iPhone:

• Your best scores for each shape and line thickness, along with the accuracy, precision and duration of the round that set them.
• Your difficulty preference, so it is remembered next launch.
• A random identifier generated on first launch and kept in the iOS keychain. It is a random number, not derived from you or your device, and it is not linked to any name, email or account. It exists so that if the app later offers score syncing, your existing history can be recognised as yours.

What leaves your device

Nothing. There is no server to send anything to.

Your scores may be included in your own iPhone or iCloud backups, because they are part of the app's storage. Those backups are yours and are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

Children

TraceOff is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Since it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes your scores and preferences. The random identifier in the keychain may persist so that a reinstall can recognise you; you can clear it by deleting the app and, in iOS Settings, removing any TraceOff keychain entry.

Changes

If a future version adds anything that sends data anywhere — score syncing or an online leaderboard, for example — this policy and the app's App Store privacy details will be updated before that version ships.
